General: Large 2-story addition onto existing veterinary college. A fast-track multiple-prime delivery method created much complexity through the design and construction process. Composite steel floors with precast columns helped with fireproofing, winter construction, and cost issues. Limited cmu shearwalls necessitated strong coordination between all disciplines.
